Job Description

The head waiter is responsible for providing courteous and rapid service to customers, answering questions, presenting menu options, and making recommendations according to the clients requirements. (S)he also ensures and monitors the quality and cleanliness of the working area of him/her. Ensuring the smooth team management for the people who are under the responsibility of him/her.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Turkish National
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Proven working experience as a Head Waiter for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants
  • Previous point of sale system experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency
  • Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment


Additional Requirements:


  • Knowledge of additional language will be considered a plus
  • Any work experience outside Bodrum will be considered as a plus
