MISSION

Develop and implement the activities regarding the guidelines in the field of quality management, quality control, animal feed, Health and Safety, and environment for TOLSA in line with our Sustainability policies.

FUNCTIONS

Develop, maintain, and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards under the Department lines. Participation and support in ISO 9001, 14001, FAMI QS, BSCI, BRC and others that could be needed in the QHSE scope. 

Support of the local teams under responsibility to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards. Implementation with the local team of the guidelines, the follow up, check the right implementation, collect the needs of the subsidiary, and give solutions.  

Training and development of the local teams under responsibility to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards. Supporting the management and compliance with QHSE standards.

HS: Follow up, legal audits, HS reports and training. HS status documents at each site. Ensuring activities of external services.

Internal auditor: FAMI QS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, Halal, Kosher. Include Antifraud Modul from FAMI QS V.6. HS

EXPERIENCE - A(>10Y), B(5-10Y), C(2-5Y), D(0-2Y)

C 

General Education: MUST have graduated from the following departments: 

Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Bioengineering, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary medicine.

The applications of candidates with majors other than the ones on the list will be automatically rejected.

Technical Skills: Experience in Quality and Environmental Management Systems, HS master in 3 fields: Safety, ergonomics, chemical risks. Internal audit training. Laboratory background.

Professional experience: Industrial or similar sector.  

Personnel Competences: Project Management, Problem-solving, Communication, Time management, Organizational skills.  

Languages: Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

Location: Based in Ankara office but weekly visits to other units.

*No travel restrictions.
