QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Hotel Komana, which will be launched  very soon, is one of the most important investments of Açık Holding in the tourism sector. Located in Sultanahmet on the historical peninsula, the heart of Istanbul, the hotel has been designed by preserving the Stone Room structure inside; while it impresses with its fascinating beauty and harmony with old Istanbul, it aims to provide a unique accommodation experience to its guests with the fine details of comfort and Luxury.

We are searching for a ‘Guest Experience Supervisor’  to be the team leader for our Guest Experience Agent Team , ensuring our guests have an unparalleled experience from check-in to check-out. Join us and shine!

 Here are the Experience & Requirements we are looking for in you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field,
  • Four years of experience in a front office or guest services supervisor role, preferably in a luxury hotel,
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS,

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) and additional language would be a plus,

  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications,

  • Ability to work flexible hours,

  • Motivate, guide, and develop the Guest Experience Agent team using strong leadership skills.
  • Regularly monitor team member performance, provide feedback, and contribute to their development.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members on hotel policies, procedures, and guest experience.

  • Foster team spirit and collaboration, creating a positive work environment.

  • Be accountable for meeting team goals and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

  • Resolve issues with guests and team members quickly and effectively.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, managers, and guests.

  • Ensure hotel standards and procedures are followed meticulously.

Preferred Candidate

More than 4 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
