QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University graduate,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales of Land Transport and Storage Services,
  • Having a strong customer portfolio,
  • Sales, customer service and marketing experience in warehousing, transportation, distribution operations, partial transportation, 
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Good command of English,
  • Strong planning and organizational ability,
  • Customer satisfaction focused Employee focused and good on communication skills,
  • Strong human relations and be an analytical thinker,
  • Experience in team management, strong leadership
  • Have active driving license and no restriction on travel
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Preferably residing in Istanbul (Anatolian Side) or Kocaeli,

Job Description

  • Identifying and gaining new customers in line with the company's strategic plan
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying possible opportunities and improving business opportunities
  • Preparing the sales budget, informing the chairman regularly about the budget and progress,
  • Preparing and presenting job offers to existing and / or new customers
  • Preparing service contracts for existing and new jobs in cooperation with the relevant units
  • Determining performance targets related to the units. Implementing and controling necessary activities in order to achieve these targets
  • Carrying out periodically market, customer and competitor research, and making sector and competition analysis
  • Determining possible new targets and activities by examining potential risks and business opportunities
  • Identifying advertising and promotional needs and creating related budgets
