Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "R&D Manager" located in Kocaeli/ Çayırovafor our business partner operating in automotive sector.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities, (Preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering)

• Minimum 15 years of experience,

• Experienced in companies operating in the automotive industry,

• Fluent in English,

• Knowledge of R&D Center legislation, (R&D Law No. 5746)

• Able to read and interpret technical specifications,

• Strong team management and national/ international project management skills,

• Proficient to manage TUBİTAK projects and collaborations with universities,

• Strong capability to represent the culture of innovation and can be a role model.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Establishing R&D policies for the company to provide the best service and achieve its goals and to ensure that its activities are carried out within the framework of these policies,

• Managing teams related to engineering activities within the scope of all research and development projects in line with the company's strategic goals,

• Managing legal processes within the framework of R&D legislation,

• Leading the team and other units on new projects and ideas as a mentor,

• Preparing and following the project budget.
