Qualifications:

• Graduated from Industrial, Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering faculties of universities,
• Regarding production and production technologies, min. 2-3 years of experience,
• Conducted MTM analysis, employee need calculation, capacity calculation,
• Proficient im FMEA, PPAP,APQP processes,
• Fluent in English,
• Able to use MS Office programs at a professional level,
• Preferably knowledgeable about autonomous maintenance and workplace organization activities (WCM-AM/WO),
• Knowledgeable about modern improvement and development techniques,
• Strong communication, leadership and coordination competencies,
• Thinking analytically and able to work result oriented,
• Being able to reside in Bursa.

Job Description:

• Organizing the work to be done to reduce production and quality loses in the line it is affiliated with,
• Examining incoming customer complaints and working to eliminate method-related ones,
• Carrying out technological and automation studies for more efficient and ergonomic use of materials, machinery and human resources in the production line,
• It will give design approval for new investments in the production line to which it is affiliated and determine its placement on the lay-out,
• Taking the necessary actions to ensure quality, safe and efficient production in accordance with the production plan,
• Analyzing performance and efficiency losses in order for production to achieve performance and efficiency targets.
