Qualifications:

• Graduated from related Mechanical/Automotive/ Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the production of plastic injection & assembly in the automotive industry,
• Preferably advanced level of English,
• Having competence in problem solving methodologies,
• Excited about his job and having eagerness to learn,
• Able to lead teamwork, experienced in team management and strong communication,
• Will be able to comply with domestic and international travel programs required by the projects,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Those who reside / can reside in Bursa region.

Job Description:

• Monitoring the KPIs of the line he/she responsible for and making an improvement plan and taking actions according to this monitoring process,
• Ensuring work follow-up and discipline of the blue-collar team affiliated to him and monitoring their development,
• Following the daily, weekly and monthly customer balances of the production line in charge, to close the balances of the production line on a daily basis and check the status,
• Supporting relevant teams in process simplification studies,
• Participating in process FMEA studies organized before each process design,
• Support the relevant teams in the qualification study of newly produced equipment,
• Ensuring that the application of the principles of basic and engineering sciences to solve manufacturing problems and to determine alternative production methods,
• Producing and implementing projects in line with annual kaizen targets,
• Conducting SMAT and EMAT audits,
• Taking an active role in SMAT and EMAT audits and assuming responsibility for eliminating the necessary deficiencies,
• Contributing to solution of quality problems occuring to customer.
