JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensuring the continuity of the projects in which they are responsible according to SPQVC metrics and managing the operator needs and suitability of the projects in which they are responsible.

• Managing areas of responsibility in line with efficiency and quality targets
• Ensuring coordination with other departments in areas of responsibility
• Follow-up of production plans with the production planning department

REQUIREMENTS

• Education Level: University graduate
• Field of Study: Being an industrial engineer is preferable.
• Extensive expertise and experience in organizational design and development, including change management.
• Comprehensive expertise and experience in designing and implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, and talent management processes.
• Project management experience.
• An ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that improve people and business performance.
• Result-oriented; A mentoring leadership style that continually meets goals and creates high-performance teams in multidisciplinary projects that provide organizational benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills and the ability to provide convenience for business at all levels.
• Effective communication in written reporting and presentations.
• High analytical skills (influence regarding data).
• Influence and manage blue-collar with high results-oriented in execution.
• Foreign language; English
