• Preferably Industrial Engineering background
• Very good command of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred

• Preplanning of Designed Manufacturing Systems
  • Simulation of production concept Organize team meetings and workshops as a leader of preplanning team Work measurement Review all parameters of manufacturing systems design
• Productivity Improvement
  • Line balancing according to time and methods studies Evaluation of operator proposals and implement together with operators Material flow analysis Provide operator involvement with team meetings & workshops
• Ergonomics
  • Design equipment & workplace to provide ergonomic and safe work environment
• Economics
  • Define tooling capacity according to customer expectations
  • Improvement plans
  • Define total product cycle time with optimizing material flow according to lean principles
