We are looking for a " Customer Service Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “logistics”.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
  •  Min 3-4 years of work experience
  •  Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  •  Strong computer skill, good command of MS office applications
  •  Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills.
  •  Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork spirit.
  •  Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
  •  Driving license (class B) and being an active driver is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be responsible for whole operation process from booking stage to delivery, ensuring all process is managed in compliance with internal guidelines and SOP requirements.
  • Processing received orders, booking with carriers, communicating with overseas offices & agents, providing information to customers about shipment status on regular basis.
  • Handling daily operations; following shipping instructions, other required documents & information with customers and ensuring all are submitted to required parties timely, sending departure/arrival notices.
  • Ensuring all systems are updated timely to reflect actual data.
  • Making any necessary shipment related arrangements with the suppliers
  • Documentation follow up, Bill of Lading and Delivery Order issuance.
  • Invoicing and cost follow up.
  • Keeping requested reports for the shipment activities
