We are looking for a "Financial Reporting, Budget, and Control Executive" to serve in our Global Business Partner of German Origin.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Business, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Control, and Reporting
• Proficient in English
• Preferably proficient in German
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel
• Preferably experienced in SAP, SAP B1, and SAP BPC
• Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Able to work with global and local teams with good communication skills
• Experience in internal and external auditing
• Growth-oriented
• Able to apply local and international accounting methods, policies, and principles (tax knowledge is advantageous)
• Available for travel, able to attend Global training and meetings when necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare monthly KPI reports (Sales, HR, etc.)
• Manage monthly closing activities and prepare reports
• Prepare budget, forecast, and strategic planning reports and support variance analysis
• Work in coordination with relevant departments in financial reporting processes, carry out necessary improvement and development projects
• Support critical finance/accounting processes of the company (treasury management, inventory/fixed asset management, sales/cost controls, project management, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze general accounting transactions, ensure the determination of relevant "profit and cost centers" and make necessary adjustments if required
• Carry out group reporting processes
• Support internal and external audit activities and work with relevant audit teams
• Contribute to the preparation of procedures and establishment of control systems, and ensure their monitoring
• Manage ERP system improvements in collaboration with IT teams and ensure necessary technological competencies
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management
