Sales & Marketing Executive, Turkey

Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized marketing executive to handle day-to-day marketing operations with a focus on promoting our locations and products. Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns as well as maintaining existing marketing operation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include great opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a 30-day probationary period.

This role would be suitable for a well-disciplined and open-minded person, preferably who has previously worked in an international company. Please note that the position is only for the NIGHT SHIFT (from 7 pm to 4 am)

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
  
• Using existent sales and marketing channels and find more to create leads for the company 
  
• Updating company website
  
• Distributing leads to the relevant sales agents
  
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
  
• Writing for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites 
  
• Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each 
  
• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
  
• Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign 
  
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met 
  
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
  

Requirements

• Degree in marketing would be an advantage 
  
• Previous experience in a similar role
  
• Strong project management/organisational skills
  
• Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends
  
• Understanding of customer segmentation
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Advanced computer skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Comfort with fast-paced environment
  
• Being open to be relocated
  
• Flexibility with welcoming new responsibilities
