GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for “Payroll & Personal Affairs Executive” for our HR department.

 

Qualifications:


  • Having a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or Related Area,
  • Min. 5 years of experience in payroll operations, minimum 1 year experience in Compensation & Benefits management,
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security and Labour Law and Labor Market in Turkey as well as payroll legislation and procedures,
  • SAP Payroll module knowledge is a must,
  • Advanced command in Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel),
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Hay methodology knowledge is an asset,
  • Process and can do mindset is a must,
  • Proactive and self-directed personality who can take initiative when necessary,
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple prioritieswith tight deadlines, remain focused under pressure andinteract effectively withinternal & external stakeholders in a fast-paced and challenging environment,
  • Strong organization and time management skills,
  • Military service completed for male candidates.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Establishing and implementing efficiency-based payroll and personnel processes,
  • Responsible for checking monthly payroll and conducting payroll reconciliation HC Management and control,
  • Work as Business Analyst for HR system updating and development needs,
  • Following and controlling payroll processes,
  • Monthly reporting and calculation of foreign payroll,
  • Following the creation, updating and implementation of the procedures and instructions for the payroll and personal affairs,
  • Follow the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keep organization abreast,
  • Headcount budget planning, monitoring and reporting,
  • Provide guidance to line managers/employees for payroll operations and practices,
  • Present statistical data for monthly headcount budget reports, and provide data for related HR KPIs,
  • Support market Survey participation and Job Evaluation Process.
