Test Engineer

• University degree in Automotive, Machinery or Aircraft Engineering disciplines 

• Preferably have hands on experience Automotive and/or Supplier Industry, Six Sigma Belt 

• Familiar with Automotive quality standards 

• Experience with operating electromechanic and hydraulic test equipment 

• Basic knowledge of design requirements, measurement techniques, hydraulics, metallurgy 

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies 

• Capabale to read and clearly understand technical drawings 

• Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method 

• Adaptive to efficient teamwork. • Fluency in English (written & spoken) & German is a plus 

• No restriction for travelling abroad. 

• No restriction for military service. 

• Fluent in operating Win10 and the actual MS Office Package o (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) 

• Preferably possess knowledge about MS VBA, Windchill, SAP, Photoshop, Office365, Sharepoint, Onenote 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• International Teamwork with colleagues mainly from Germany (HQ), China and USA. 

• Planning and performing of Chassis Component tests including result analysis and reporting 

• Hands on work in the Test field (fixturing and equipment operation) is required for Training purposes within a period of ~2 years 

• Result oriented cooperation with local and international Project engineers 

• Detailled analysis of Customer specifications and its application to the product 

• Develop new test Fixtures as needed when not available 

• Test Reports are relevant for Product release and thus connected to customer timing. 

  Therefore a proactice approach is necessary to avoid time pressure and delays in internal and external timings
