QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yolcu360 is a global car rental marketplace that connects customers with a wide range of rental cars from trusted suppliers around the world. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales Department (B2B Sales). The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong time management and planning skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to both acquire new customers (hunter) and maintain strong communication with existing ones. Proficiency in CRM usage and strong reporting skills are also essential qualifications.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and expand the customer portfolio to achieve the company's set targets.
  • Utilize active sales strategies such as cold calling, emailing, meetings, and networking to target and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain close communication with existing customers, strengthen relationships, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
  • Regularly update and track customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer meetings, and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition analysis, and offer solutions aligned with customer demands.
  • Collaborate with teams and work in synergy to achieve sales goals.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant education and certifications will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Focus on achieving targets and a results-oriented work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish effective and strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and other sales software.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, ability to analyze sales data.
  • Ability to stay updated on market trends and competition.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
