JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Determine and evaluate innovative digital business opportunities according to the future market and technology projections and projecting them together with relevant business owners

• Analyze current business processes and activities, produce digital solutions for critical problems

• Prepare project and feasibility plans for digital projects

• Manage the prototyping and pilot processes to affirm the business models

• Supporting business process owners and digital leaders in the creation and implementation of digital innovation initiatives

• Conduct existing business partnerships, establish new partnerships and coordination with stakeholders in the ecosystem about digital technologies or business models applicable to group companies

• Follow the developments in innovative technology fields such as artificial intelligence, internet of things, augmented and virtual reality, and foresee the reflection of these technologies to the sectors in which the holding operates, such as packaged consumer products, food and retail

• Establish, manage and develop collaborations with incubation and acceleration centers, universities in the ecosystem

• Design and manage incubation and acceleration programs for enterprises to produce added value through open innovation

• Manage exteranal partnership with startups or third-party technology contractor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from reputable universities

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology, product and business development

• Experienced in global projects working with the international teams

• Knowledge of business model building and design-oriented idea development methods

• Ability to process improvement and digitization perspective

• Experience in project management

• Excellent command of English

• Effective communication skills and presentation skills

• Teamwork player and master of planning and organizing

• Problem solving skills to create solutions in a business perspective
