Responsibilities ; 

• Responsible for purchasing of services, production materials and indirect materials both from Turkey and Foreign Countries,
• Continuously screen/search and develop alternative/existing suppliers,
• Price negotiations and agreements with suppliers,
• Under the principle of “continuous improvement”, leading the cost down projects, investigate opportunities for cost improvement, search for alternative sources,
• Project management of new designs with suppliers,
• Perfromance follow-up of the suppliers,
• Ensure the quality level and delivery deadlines,
• Prepare various reports for management,
• Ensure up to date the system values related to Purchasing,

Qualifications ;

• Graduted from Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 years experience of technical purchasing,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes, especially Microsoft Excel,
• Good communication & presentation & negotiation skills,
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude,
• Good knowledge of Import procedure is an asset,
• Residency in Istanbul Europe side,
• Having no restrictions for travelling, and able to drive,
• No military obligation for male candidate,
