QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Financial Coordination Specialist’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office. 


Scope of work : Finance Project Management / Monitoring, Organizational Development, Coordination, Executive Reporting 


The successful candidate will be accountable for: 

 Participating in organizational and corporate development projects, 

 Analyzing and designing processes, hence preparing regulations accordingly, 

 Developing standard project management (PM) workflows and tools, 

 Executing PM processes for finance project portfolios, documenting decisions, tracking actions, monitoring stages and status, ensuring the integrity of project database, 

 Preparing periodic PM reports, organizing and managing PM meetings, monitoring risks, 

 Preparing and/or consolidating executive reports, 

 Coordinating interdisciplinary parties and managing projects when assigned, 

 Helping create institutionalized relationships among Finance departments and other functions. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field, 

 Minimum 3 years of finance experience, 

 Experience in project management, 

 Knowledge of process management and/or business analysis is an asset, 

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and in English, 

 Ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-level meeting sessions, ability to see the ‘big-picture’, ability to sustain a positive approach, focusing on the solution at all times, 

 Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and scheduling skills, 

 Comprehension of the importance of documentation and diligence while documenting, 

 Knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project and/or MS Visio is an asset, 

 Ability to adapt to change and to lead others.
