We are looking for an Analytic Applications and Reporting Senior Consultant to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
• More than 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics fields,
• Strong knowledge and experience in Data Modeling, DB and DW Systems, ETL processes and Reporting and Dashboard Tools (Like Qlik, SAC, Business Objects)
• Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Quality decision-making skills,
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take an active part in Rollout projects,
• Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose a high-level solution,
• Solve incident and change requests,
• Perform analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance, and documentation

Job Description:

• Ensuring the operability of existing decision support systems, evaluating changes and errors, monitoring system performances
• Developing, maintaining and updating reporting applications and management dashboards according to company needs
• Analyzing and resolving incidents and new requests coming through the service desk, keeping their status up to date
• Working with suppliers and ensuring coordination, when necessary, regarding the products
• Providing communication between the consultants and the business unit regarding the reporting tools used, being a guide in determining and communicating the needs
• Determination and completion of process tests
