For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Help Desk Specialist’ to be based in YILDIRIM Information Technologies which is a subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group of Companies.


What are we looking for in a Help Desk Specialist?


Qualifications:

  • University degree from a reputable university,
  • 5 years of related IT experience, especially knowledge of Windows OS (7 and 10) in enterprise environment,
  • Understanding of PC technology (MS office, Internet, Windows),
  • Written and oral fluency in English
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide laptop, desktop, and peripheral device support for all Yildirim Group of Companies users,
  • Respond user's tickets regarding computer software or hardware problems and walk users through ways to resolve the problem,
  • Conduct analysis and troubleshooting via telephone, e-mail and using remote assistance (includes offices in 26 countries and offices in Turkey),
  • Provide on-site technical support and end-user technical training at assigned sites which may include travel to remote sites,
  • Install and configure PC’s, printers and peripherals within established standards and guidelines,
  • Repair, install and modify computer software and hardware at sites users are located which may include IT equipment and services in conference rooms.

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
