QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Metalurgical Material Engineering
• Advanced command of written and spoken English (Japanese / French / German speaking candidates are highly preferred)
• Min 3-4 years of purchasing experience in automotive industry, tractor, construction equipment and / or defense industry
• Having command of Exchange Market, Import and Export Regulations
• Having command of Logistic Processes and Custom Enforcements
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude and effective negotiation skills
• Result and quality-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working well underpressure to meet tight deadlines
• No restriction for travelling domestic and abroad
• Having driving licence (class B) and currently active as a driver
• No military obligation for male candidates

 JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Prepare and follow up the processes of; RFI, RFQ and NDA of new and existing projects
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, procurement and design groups
• Give support of Prototype and Serial Material Procurement, Domestic and Imported Prototype Tests, Subsystem and System Qualification Tests, Pilot / Serial Production and After Sales stages in-house
• Ensure the purchase of materials with required quality standarts from approved companies
• Procure and ensure the parts of the new projects by given deadlines
• Execute new supplier sourcing, selection and assessment for existing and future projects
• Evaluation of supplier capacity through commercial negotiation and value stream mapping
• Manage and develop supplier relations and follow up Make or Buy Analyses
• Follow up Domestic & International benchmark analysis of materials
• Realize the necessary cost down projects to reduce the total purchasing budget
• Analyse incoming orders and explication of variables
• Ensure “early stage” coordination in new projects with the design group and using initiative in the selection  of optimum component, product and service
