Now, We are looking for a "Sales & Reservation Supervisor" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

"Sales & Reservation Supervisor" is responsible for maximizing revenue through room reservation by settling proactive selling strategies and actions plans to achieve the budgeted revenue thereby maintaining a healthy business.

Competencies

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality from a reputable university or any related field 
• At least 3 years experience in a luxury hotel segment, preferably in a resort
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Guest service oriented, fostering teamwork, and giving feedback
• High energy level
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions. 
• Multi-tasking, resolving conflict
• Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
