Now, We are looking for a "Front Desk Agent" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

Performing the registration, informing, and fulfilling all requests and transactions of the guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure of the hotel.

Competencies

• A university/college degree is an asset.
• Previous guest service experience, preferably in luxury brands
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Multi-tasked
• Team-player 
• Prior experience working with Opera
• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus
