We started under the Urban Station brand in 2012 with 1 branch; and today we have reached 16 branches in 4 cities in Turkey and 1 city in Qatar. We provided our services to more than 15,000 members thus far. We have hosted more than 2,000 corporate customers in our branches. Our branches reached more than 15,000 sqm in total. Our individual and corporate members are utilizing our coworking spaces, serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual office services.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or related fields; 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Big4 company in Audit department; 
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP knowledge; 
• Strong reporting and analyzing skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonel skills; 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets; 
• Team player;
• Excellent command of English; 
• No military obligation for male candidates.  

Job Description

• Preparing monthly cost and revenue control analysis; 
• Preparing of cost centers monthly report and controlling monthly cost;
• Calculating and monitoring cost reductions; 
• Preparing month end reporting financial statements according to IFRS Management Reporting Guidelines;  Preparing budget, forecast reports; 
• Franchise Brach reconcilation and auditing 
• International branch reconciliations and auditing
• Identifying and resolve accounting problems / discrepancies in accounts using relevant accounting data; Preparing management presentations; 
• Interacting with external auditors and following up the audit; 
• Being part of ERP improvement projects; 
• Reporting to Finance Director.
