  • University degree, MBA is a plus,
  • 1-4 years of CRM or project/process management experience,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Experience on SQL is an asset,
  • Strong communication and analytical skills,
  • Result-oriented and proactive,
  • Customer-centric approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Track CRM KPIs and work closely with internal units to improve the performance,
  • Follow up and execute CRM projects incooperation with other departments,
  • Maintanence of CRM system and improve current processes of loyalty program for better customer experience,
  • Direct reporting to CRM Manager.

Preferred Candidate

1 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
