  • University degree in related department,
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, (FMCG and Retail sector)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,
  • Having excellent negotiation skills,
  • Being result oriented, proactive,
  • Highly motivated, work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects,
  • Customer centric, ability to manage team-oriented environment,
  • Open to exploring new trends,
  • Having good reporting and communication skills,
  • No military obligation.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bild and develop category pricing strategy
  • According to the category strategy deciding product range in line with trends and customer expectations,
  • Coordinating campaign preparation process with suppliers,
  • Analyzing market trends, creating competitive strategies.
  • Defining the category strategy based on market trends and customer expectations.
  • Defining the trade terms of the suppliers and being in charge of the negotiation process with the suppliers.
  • Tracking the budget realization throughout the year, taking necessary actions to realize it.
  • Working in a close relationship with Marketing / Sales Operations / Supply Chain teams.
