• Bachelor of Science degree,
• Ten (10) + years of related work experience,
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of demand management, forecasting, sourcing&resourcing, supplier management, warehouse management and production&material planning
• Good communication, team building, and performance management skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience with ERP/MRP functionality, specially material & production planning, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience on ERP integration and/or customization is plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally
• Managing long and short-term positions in inventory
• Experience in managing inventory as related to product life cycles
• Experience with indirect material and services supply.

• Experience in managing inventory as related to product life cycles

• Manage ERP developments/customizations, to improve, warehousing, procurement and production planning processes.
• Integrating early warning systems to minimize the risks on procurement processes.
• Manage material procurement cost while securing required materials in support of required schedules
• Develop, hone, and execute new improved procurement strategies
• Evaluate and enhance our procurement spend
• Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles or disruptions
• Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce overall expenses while increasing productivity
• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
• Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners
• Coordinate product cost reduction activities
• Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers of goods and services
• Assist with solution sourcing in support of product and service related activities
• Manage and report procurement metrics including product quality, product cost variation, and product delivery
• Delegate tasks and supervise the daily activities of procurement and administrative personnel
• Manage the purchasing process of investments such as building, machinery and tooling.
• Coordinate financial analysis of departmental performance
