Education Level and General  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from the faculties of science, literature and related social sciences;
• Able to use digital marketing and social media tools actively;
• Good command of English;
  
• Has at least 5 years of experience in the field;
• Follows and applies new trends and technologies in digital media;
• Able to develop new strategies in the field of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Mobile Marketing;
  
• Fully knowledgeable with regard to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media channels;
  
• Experienced in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO and SEM;
  
• Responsive to the needs of the internal and / or external customers;
• Respects ethical rules;
• Establishes trust-based relationships with colleagues, internal / external customers;
  
• Maintains passion and professionalism even in tough and challenging situations ;
  
• Responsible, prone to team work, detail oriented, high communication skills;
• Willing to work full time at our office in Tuzla/Istanbul.

Job Description

• Developing, maintaining, updating and tracking websites, blogs and micro websites, generating visitor reports, presenting the analytics;
• Working on increasing the traffic and ensuring the security of websites, blogs and micro websites;
• Handling the SEO of websites, blogs and micro websites;
• Researching competitor websites and digital platforms and informing marketing and corporate communication teams;
• Configuring, updating and reporting social media accounts;
• Following up social media accounts and  adhering to approval processes;
• Following the comments in the social media accounts, channeling the positive or negative interactions to the relevant units within the company, providing active support for corporate reputation in the areas of crisis communication and issue management;
• Tracking campaign KPIs and reporting the analysis at the end of campaigns.
