QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Votorantim Cimentos Turkey operates in construction materials industry and has cement plants in Hasanoğlan-Ankara, Yozgat, Sivas, Samsun, Çorum and Nevşehir. In addition to this, it has concrete and aggregate plants in Ankara, Cappadocia and Black Sea regions.

 

To be based at Hasanoğlan Cement Plant, Regional Sales Manageris expected to have the following:


  •  Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university(Having a Master degree would be a plus),
  • Strong and min 10 years sales experience with ideally broad technical experience and understanding of construction materials industry,
  • Fluent written and conversational English knowledge,
  • Open and willing to travel in the assigned region,
  • Knowledge of principles and methods of sales and marketing area,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including persuasion, active listening, speaking, coordination and speech clarity,
  • Strong business acumen with experience in and ability for understanding financial analysis,
  • Very high level of energy and strongly result oriented,
  • Excellent team player,
  • Valid driver license and active driver.


       Job Description:


This position is responsible for determining and implementing sales targets and goals for the optimization of customer portfolio within the framework of local polices and the company profitability targets, analysis of existing market conditions, estimation of competitors’ possible actions and determination the company positioning in line with new market conditions.

 

*Workplace is in Ankara/Hasanoğlan.
