Financial Compliance Executive

We are seeking a Financial Compliance Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Finance Operations&Margin Assurance of Vodafone Turkey. 

 The accountabilities of this role are:

• Maintain SOX documentation and facilitate business/control owner review to ensure these are up to date 
  
• Conduct design and operating assessment testing of key SOX processes and controls 
  
• Regular liaison with SOX compliance professionals around the Vodafone group
  
• Actively plan and lead on training controls community on various hot topics concerning risk management and controls
  
• Drive simplification, standardization and automation objectives and facilitate in the planning and design of controls in various transformation projects
  
• Change management to reflect process simplification and standardization initiatives
  
• Facilitate preparation and agree remediation plans with control owners - external Audit and SOX testing for their respective processes
  
• Support in overall project management of SOX programme and coordination of various project related activities including ensuring that SAP GRC changes are logged and approved in line with the set Governance procedures
  
• Maintain SAP GRC data for controls up to date and aligned with all communications

• Graduate from University and preferably master degree
  
• Min 4 years of experience in accounting & internal audit
  
• Big 4 Audit experience is an asset
  
• Comfortable working in a very fast-changing and high-pressure environment
  
• Strong presentation, communication and decision making skills
  
• Excellent spoken and written English
  
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, SAP knowledge is an additional asset
