- Bachelor’s Degree
- To adapt to shifts and flexible hours

We are seeking a VIP Agent with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to VIP & Mobile Support Supervisor of Vodafone Turkey.
- Performing all transactions of VIP customers' CBU / EBU / Fixed lines
- End-to-end follow-up and solution of VIP customer demands and problems
- Provide solutions by proactively approaching VIP customers' needs and requests
- Providing customer satisfaction by serving the call and conversation standards.
- To have full amendment / bypass / loyalty program change privileges for VIP customer lines and to follow the request & approval process
- Performing refund requests within the VIP special budget and the approval process
- Perform welcome call, outbound healtcheck and sales calls to VIP customers
- Follow up-to-date information and developments, follow announcements, actively participate in trainings
- To comply with the subscriber information security procedures, to comply with company policies
- To understand customers' needs and to establish effective relationships with customers and gain trust and respect
- VIP Customers are invited to event organized in VF, carry out celebration mail / call operations on special days
- Carry out sales calls for VIP customers at special packages and launches
