We are looking for a SME Consultant

ROLE PURPOSE

We plan to provide digital consultancy services to our customers who own more than one digital product in terms of end-to-end sales and after-sales support, and are trying to grow their digital world with Sme Consultants

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •       To serve customers with whom we can increase their digitalization rate and generate additional income with growth potential.
  •       Understanding the customer needs and recommending new products
  •       Advancing with one more product and revenue target
  •       Tracking sales and after sales activities
  •       To be competent and responsible from end to end in revenue management of the entire portfolio.
  •       To advise our client about their business and technology
  •        To answer and direct customer inquiries using financial and operational data
  •        Making customer visits
  •        Reviewing finance and digitalization process flows to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers

      QUALIFICATIONS

  •        Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  •        Working knowledge of Telecom / GSM concepts and good understanding of solutions/products in Telecom space.
  •       Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
  •       Influences leadership teams and other stakeholders, communicates with enthusiasm and clarity
  •       Military service should be completed for male candidates
  •       Experienced in team management
  •       Sales oriented
  •       Ms office applications knowledge
  •       Ability  to manage the inter disciplinar relationships and negotiation
