Sales Accounting Specialist–Fixed Term (6 Months)

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Customer Accounting Operations

-             Customer creation

-             Product creation

-             Issuance of customer invoices via SAP

-             Downloading customer invoices from e-archive & e-archieve portals

-             Customer reconciliation

-             BS reporting

-             Product level revenue, cost and inventory reporting via SAP

·        Vendor Accounting Operations

-             Revenue share commission

-             Invoice/credit note booking and payment requisition

·        R2R Operations

-             Income/cost accrual booking

-             Deffered revenue posting

QUALIFICATIONS

·      BA/BS and/or masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related fields

·      2+ years of experience in Financial accounting and reporting

·      Satisfactory knowledge of SD and MM modules of SAP

·      Satisfactory knowledge of Local GAAP  and tax regulations

·      Competency in SAP FI, SD and MM modules

·      Competency in MS Office applications mainly excel

·      Beginner level of literacy in English
