Base Marketing Associate Manager- Residential

We are seeking a Base Marketing  Associate Manager- Residential with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Base Marketing Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Develop and implement CVM DSL & Fiber  churn prevention plans to keep more customers
• Main responsible for the welcome process for DSL and Fiber customers
• Design and implement  campaigns for auto-payment to decrease customer churn due to unpaid bills
• Understand the customer needs for invoice payment and delivery and develop necessary payment channels with finance team.
• Work closely with all sales channels to assure healthy customer acquisition  
• Track and manage the disconnection for regulational reasons such as document management and customer verifications 
• Set telesales DSL& FTTH disconnection targets & forecasts aligned with strategy
• Track and assure that line-opening and closing fee and revenue
• Track Landing page and Vodafone Yanımda performance to increase collection and autopayment performance
• Contribute to financial planning and reporting processes for fixed Churn KPIs
• Deliver necessary reporting requirements  to  monitor residential churn performance.
