Recent projects include the completion of piping works of several process units and the turnkey delivery of storage tanks in STAR Refinery. Today, ViTO Group employs more than 700 staff, of which 10% have a technical background.

We are looking for a highly motivated “Project Development Analyst” who will work under supervision of our Managing Director in our İstanbul office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree on engineering, finance, economics from reputable universities,
• MSc in MBA, Finance, Project, Construction or Energy Systems Management is a preferable,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and project management of energy, industrial construction and/or building projects,
• Understanding of various contracting methods used locally and internationally,
• High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks delegated by the Managing Director,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications,
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
• Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting our Managing Director for the core business development activities, programme management, project planning, procurement and contract strategy, cost and value management,
• Communicating with clients, possible clients and competitors to better understand business trends,
• Assessing financial projections and business plans of the organization,
• Quantifying business intelligence with economic models to evaluate new opportunities; presenting findings clearly and making recommendations for action,
• Evaluating the business expansion needs and start-up for the company, especially when there is push into new business environments,
• Preparing related presentations and reports,
• Getting involved in all projects of the group companies for the accomplishment of company’s strategies and goals.
