VIITA Watches, a global wearable tech company headquartered in Austria with modern development offices in Turkey. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Mobile Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be required to participate in the planning, and directly contribute to the development of our applications. Depending on your needs, you can work on-site or remotely!

Deliver Business Value:

·       Work closely with the team lead, and team members to achieve team objectives directly or indirectly contributing to the delivery of value to the end-user.

·       Drive architectural and feature specification ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are met

·       Directly contribute to the delivery of features and capabilities ofIOT systems

Drive Quality / Continuous Improvement:

·       Ensure the team delivers high-quality systems (correct, performant and resilient)

·       Drive/Endorse continuous improvements in processes, tools and architecture

·       Contribute to cross-team efforts/projects (process improvements, library development, technical discussions)

Requirements:

·       BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or any equivalent department.

·       Experience in Android or IOS platform is a plus.

·       Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and programming languages.

·       Ability to write well documented, reusable code, and library.

·       Experience in defect management using tools such as Jira.

·       Knowledge of Agile Methodology especially SCRUM.

·       Understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.

·       Team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Focused on simplicity and effectiveness of solutions.

·       Constantly seeking feedback through peer design and code reviews.

·       Advance level of English proficiency.
