QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
An Operational Excellence Responsible plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of process optimization, change management principles.
How you’ll make an impact;
- Build change management frameworks & implement operational excellence standards across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement mindset (e.g. through training) and ensure accountability through governance set ups
- Challenge status quo to constantly improve ways of workings across the organization
- Drive improvements also based on benchmarking with other internal and external best practices
- Support for interfacing with internal and external customers, stakeholders and vendors during and until a project is finalized and turned over
- Execute and educate on process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma / Agile tools
- Lean 6Sigma Green belt qualified is preferred/Practitioner of Lean methodology & culture
- Act as operational excellence SPOC in cross-functional project teams / excellent stakeholder management
- Co-pilot for team members in project work, helping them understand and utilize a portfolio of change management tools
- Support efficiency improvement by establishing a solid foundation and implementing standard way of working to sustain performance
- Lead Ind4.0 & digitalization initiatives in plant to find efficiency potentials and eliminate wastes
- Coordinating idea management system and creating environment and culture to express ideas freely
- Support lean strategy planning, work in close cooperation with the plant & functional leader to define, then roll out the implementation of lean , digital tools and CIP projects
What you’ll bring with you
- Degree in engineering field, (industrial, mechanical engineering etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence and/or continuous improvement role,
- Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
- Nice to have a knowledge of coding (Unix-Shell or SQL or python etc.,
- Experience of problem solving and orientation toward continuous improvement,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Build an agile network and promote synergies,
- Innovative, collaborative, pro-active & cross functional team player.
