Quality Assurance Manager For Food Factory

For our food packaging factories located in Izmir Area, we are looking for a qualified QAM with experience from preferably dried fruitcanning or tomato processing industry, fluent in English.

We require experience in Quality Management and a highly developed team management experience, strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and BRC Food Safety Global Standards.

This is an influential role where you will be:

•Fully responsible for the Quality function and Health and Safety Function across the site.

• Manage all Standard Operational Procedures,, Records and Quality Assurance Documents

•Preparing for and hosting regulatory, 3rd party and internal audits, customer visits, supplier visits, and visits from regulatory bodies.

• Lead the HACCP Team and manage all site HACCP, pre-requisite quality programs, and all Quality/Food Safety related programmes to meet regulatory and food safety requirements.

• Lead production team to ensure continued focus on Food Safety and Quality, compliance,

•Develop, implement and manage food safety & quality management systems and standards.

• Be the lead responsible for all hygiene and internal audits as well as external audits e.g. BRC, GFCO, Kosher CCP’s & QCP’s verification.

• Work collaboratively with project and functional groups, and other company functions and suppliers to develop and execute project plans as needed by the business.
