QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a new team member who will work as TEMPORARY HR GENERALIST with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administrative Sciences is preferred, 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Good command of English,
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Prefarably Oracle HCM software experience,
  • Must be analytical but also a team player and problem solver,
  • Strong time management, planning, tracking and controlling and prioritization skills.
  • Communicative and result oriented,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • No military obligation (for male candidates).


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform duties, including onboarding new employees, managing HR workflows, facilitating employee moves, organizing new hires for orientation, updating organizational charts, preparing HR reports, maintaining HR records, assisting applicant flow and the interview process and drafting HR announcements,
  • Ensure the Labor Law compliance of all HR processes,
  • Manage all ISKUR, SGK, legal incentive processes,
  • Produce an accurate and timely payroll and Manage monthly payroll processes in coordination with related departments,
  • Administrative and compliance duties such as managing employee files and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions etc.,
  • Take an active role and give support for recruitment, business partnership, employment branding, training, personnel affairs, performance management and organizational development processes.
