We are looking for Senior Controller Analyst for our Finance Team in Tuzla Plant. The position will be directly reporting to the Turkey Plant Controller.

Main role

o  Set up and implementation of Varroc Lighting Systems (VLS) standard controlling activities which will include:

* Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and Actuals Reporting;

* Weekly Reporting on performances – Sales, cash and profitability;

* Capital Appropriation and Strategic Projects business cases;

* New business Quotes;

* Support the plant controller and manufacturing team to monitor production KPIs.

o  Follow the Bulgaria closing from a finance standpoint

* Asset transfer and legal entity closing steps

Soft Skills:

o  Very good communication and interpersonal skills

o  Goal/solution oriented

o  Stress resistant

Travel: some travel to other group locations can be required when there are proper conditions to travel

Language: very good English and preferably working knowledge of Bulgarian

Experience - between 5-10 years’ experience in finance with:

o  Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equal qualification

o  Strong accounting background – might be coming from one of the Big4 or with CPA certification;

o  Strong Controlling skills: familiar with actuals, forecasts and budget reporting in structured multinational companies;

o  Advanced in Microsoft Excel

o  SAP experience
