QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Technical College),
• Professional experience more than 4 years in a Quality de-partment,
• Additional training in Quality Management, knowledge of the procedures/processes of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001), Quality methods and Six Sigma,
• Auditing experience in QM systems,
• Language skills: Spoken and written in English in good level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Self-responsible development, implementation and auditing of quality processes and methods by external suppliers,
  
• Regular group-wide coordination and implementation of Best Practice for processes and methods by supplier and run supplier development quality support on supplier sites,
• Pursuance and monitoring of the relevant 8-D reports, follow-up of audit reports and action lists and the quality-relevant ECOs, PMC, FMC,
• Monitoring of quality performance of suppliers including business continuity management,
• Supporting the continual supplier evaluation and controls,
• Support C2C reimbursement activities towards suppliers,
• Support and deliver input for supplier decision for new Project,
• Implementation of quality, effectiveness and method audits with the aim of self-responsible initiation and pursuance of structured improvement actions in the case of systematic deviations,
• Perform release (qualification audits) of new suppliers,
• Block suppliers for current or future business according defined rules and processes.
