PR and Corporate Communications Specialist

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or public affairs or in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of experience of communication projects including press events and marketing activities, sponsorships, crisis communication, social responsibility.
• Detailed knowledge on crisis management and media relations’ framework and processes.
• Excellent communication, proof-reading and writing skills (ability to create editorial content is a must)
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must. German is a plus.
• Knowledge in all aspects of digital and social media communication, influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A well organized and detail oriented person with an ability to multi-task
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Need to be proactive with a strong internal drive.
• Energetic, always positive, creative, a good story teller and able to take initiatives.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and manage external corporate communication strategy that aligns with the brand’s business objectives and company culture.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for all spokesmen.
• Implement sponsorships and corporate social responsibility projects from decision making to planning and execution stages.
• Crisis management, coordinate all necessary and appropriate functions across the company, prepare contingency and recovery plans.
• Coordinate PR agencies in Turkey and in other countries (if needed).
• Responsible for employer brand strategy and internal communication.
