R&D Engineer (Sustaining Engineering)

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree of Mechanical / Material / Electronics Engineering (MSc. preferable),
• Having relevant professional experience at standards/norms (boilers, water heaters, radiators),
• Minimum 2 years R&D experience at Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning sector, technology, system, products, customers and the competitors,
• Language skills in English ( Advanced) and German (Preferable),
• Good capability of SAP, PLM and MS Office,
• Having basic technical knowledge at Engineering Change Management, Part Approval, FMEA, Product Validation Planning, Tolerance Analysis,
• At least basic knowledge at Problem Solving Process, Creativity (TRIZ,…), Moderation and Presentation Techniques.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure cost improvements in products and components with keeping promised quality level,
• To make necessary planning for the product differentiation (Rollout) and other projects to be commissioned on time with the features specified in the Technical Requirements with establishment of strong and harmonious communication with the Project team and stakeholders,
• To manage the engineering changes made in the product, components and parts according to the processes requested by Customer demand, Supplier demand, Standard / Norm requirements, quality improvement, technology tracking etc., to inform the relevant departments accurately and on time, to receive their approval / opinions, to do the necessary works for documenting and archiving,
• To define and implement actions to keep products & components sustainable in the production and market,
• To perform approvals of Product/component/part and specification,
• To prepare and approve Design & Process FMEA, test reports and product documentations (Manuals, labels, etc..) ,
• To close preventive/corrective actions.
