QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose
As the head of the branch operations, you shall be responsible to drive sale and to oversee the activities of all departments, including Sales, Warehouse, Finance, fleet, Maintenance, Security, Legal/Compliant and Human Resource related matters.


Sales & Collection

  • To set and achieve the Sales, Coverage & collection targets for the branch.
  • Monitoring & driving sales & collection on a regular basis.
  • Align with Sales managers on channels plans, and make sure implementation in happening within agreed timeframe
  • Insure a good existence and visibility of goods on market shelves.
  • Manage a healthy inventory by selling all products before reaching near to expiry (3 months shelf life)
  • Motivating & driving sales team for target achievement.
  • Strictly adhere to the credit limits/ credit days and payment norms.
  • To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, outstanding amount as allowed by organization
  • Good knowledge of the geography/customers
  • Periodic review / visits to ensure that there are no diversions
  • Liaise with the Head of Sales to prepare monthly stock request with week break up.
  • HoReCa knowledge will be a plus.


Warehousing

  • Ensuring that at any given point of time the branch stock should not exceed 15 days norm.
  • Ensuring that the safety measures including the fire safety is in place including the safety & security of the stocks & assets at the Branch WH & Office.
  • Ensuring that there is no shrinkage/shortage  in the branch warehouse
  • Ensuring that there is no expired product in the warehouse
  • Ensuring the stock take is done by beginning of every month

Finance & Accounts 

  • Get debtors confirmation from all distributors on a quarterly basis
  • To review the transport/freight charges on a regular basis
  • Safe custody and timely deposit of PDC
  • Follow up on pending receipts/Settlement ( Report to be shared by Cashier)
  • Ensure customer reconciliation is done as per SOP
  • Ensure that Daily Random Van Count is done properly

HR & Administration

  • Daily tracking of Attendance and inform the HR unit about them
  • Assist in recruitment process in the region (recommending potential candidates, Onboarding)
  • Safeguard Transmed Assets in the region
  • Cleanliness. Office/Stationary supplies

Genel Nitelikler

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant field
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of sales, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good command in management of distributors, team, target and budget 
  • Have strong management and communication skills
  • Problem-solver, analytical thinker, and result-oriented
  • Good command using MS Office
  • Class B driver's license
