IT Lead System Specialist

We are looking for a IT Lead System Specialist who will be part of our system & hardware team.

This position will lead system & hardware team and will be responsible for all network and system room equipment’s administration and maintenance

We are TPI Composites – We are the largest U.S.-based independent manufacturer of composite wind blades and have developed a global footprint to serve the growing wind energy market worldwide. 

Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of;

o   Windows based servers and services (Server Installation and Management),

o   virtual server infrastructure (management ofVMware )

o   backup architecture (Design, implement and test strategies) (veeam backup & replication)

o   fail-over architecture

o   Domain Controller Management, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc

o   Firewalls management & VPN configurations (Palo Alto)o  Implementing & monitoring VOIP, VC, CCTV systems.

• Performs troubleshooting, incident and error handling for hardware related systems
•  Implementing change management processes and user requests on systems
• Evaluate opportunities to migrate workload from on-premise solutions to public cloud services.
•  Researches, proposes and implements new solutions, features, and improvements
• Network Management, Router, Switch and AP configurations
• Installed and Maintained Secured Network infrastructure by implementing Layer 3 Switching technology to create VLAN for segmentation of network traffic, including configuration of all rules, access and VLANs.
•  Responsible for Network Service delivery for all Turkey bound projects.
•  Implementation of ISO27001 standards
•  End user - device management & configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering,
• At least 4 years of team management experience (preferred)
• Analysis & understand the new project requirement and make sure to deliver the requirement from end to end.
• Coordinating with local service provider fixing the internet issues.Experience and knowledge of Cloud Architecture is preferred
• Perform root cause analysis for network outages
• Produce the necessary reports and statistics to control the team productivity.
• Global IT team collaboration experience is strongly preferable
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have good work ethic and enthusiasm for self-improvement & learning,
• Perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel abroad
• No military service obligation

Certifications (preferably)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
