Hsse Engineer

TOTAL is looking for a team member at HSSE Department for the following position:

• To write, collect, and follow Accident / Near miss /HIPO / REX reportings, attending accident investigations, taking necessary actions for incidents/accidents
• To determine and check the efficiency of the training programs. To organize the internal trainings and keeping the records
• To implement ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 systems to the blending site operations
• To perform the risk assesments and give suggestions for improving the system, inform the workers.
• To follow regulations and take actions according to updated requirements
• To follow action plans prepared according to system audit actions and coordination for completion
• To coordinate monthly emergency drills, CMC drills and firebrigade attendance and preparation of report and presentation to the management
• To coordinate planned inspections completion on the planned time and completion of corrective actions within defined period
• To upload the monthly near miss notifications to RAMSES reporting system
• To control contractor works periodically and obtain safe operation / work safety documentation (preparation of prevention plan, work permit, risk assesments and organize meetings etc.). To follow the contractors’ HSE trainings and competence documentations
• To organize induction program for new employees according to regulations and MAESTRO requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduated form relevant Engineering Departments (chemical, mechanical, environmental, industrial, safety etc.)
• MS Office Programs
• Occupational Health & Safety Certificate (C) is appreciated
• Intermediate level of English (especially written)
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in HSE related job

*Position will be fixed term (1-year) contracted
