QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of its development, Timac Agro Avrasya, Turkish subsidiary, is searching for an Accounting Specialist who will be reporting to Chief Accountant in Finance & Administrative Department.

 

Profile:

We are looking for a collaborator with first successful professional experiences, serious and dynamic strongly wishing to engage in accompanying the rapid and significant development of Timac Agro Avrasya.

Looking for a multinational group, having strong analysis & synthesis abilities.

Our new colleague will be a trustworthy person, motivated, convincing, operational and pragmatic, reactive, rigorous and with good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and in a transparent manner, always dedicated to his/her functions and to the Company.

 

 

Qualifications:

  •         Graduated from reputable university in related fields.
  •         At least 4 years of accounting experience.
  •         Capacity to cope with intense work during working hours with meeting Sharp Deadlines.
  •         Being Neat, Process & Result oriented, with Positive Communication Skills, Problem solver & a Good Team Player.
  •         Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
  •         Expert in Microsoft office tools especially Excel  & SAP (SB1)
  •         Fluent in English / French

 

 Job Description:

  •         Perform daily accounting functions.
  •         Book supplier invoices according to uniform Chart of Accounts based on cost centers/distribution rules.
  •         Check the compliance of personnel expenses with the travel regulations & book of personnel expenses & prepare personnel expense reports.
  •         Prepare related payments timely & complete archiving of documents.
  •         Perform data entries of cash & bank transactions.
  •         Perform monthy & quarterly reconciliaton for supplier accounts.
  •         Prepare monthly BA-BS forms & complete the reconciliations.
  •         Cooperate with tax auditors during monthly and/or quarterly tax statements.
  •         Support VAT Refund process.
  •         Prepare tax declarations.
  •         Manage fixed assets and depreciation & amortisation.
  •         Support calculate commissions of sales team.
  •         Support month-end/year-end closing process & daily works assigned within Finance & Administration Department.
  •         Ad-hoc, Daily, Monthly Reporting to Management.
  •         Interested in start-up new projects.
