QUALIFICATIONS

The Business Year, a leading provider of economic intelligence and a publisher of annual trade and investment resources, is now hiring a HR Assistant to work in our Istanbul office.

REQUIREMENTS

Perfect command of both written and spoken English. 

Excellent research and organization skills. 

Willing to adjust to a variety of activities and to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time. 

Good time management and multi-tasking skills. 

Previous experience in a similar position will also be looked on favorably. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

 The job would roughly involve providing administrative support to the HR Manager during the process and review of employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants. 

 This role also includes record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, holidays, supervisory reports on performance, payroll preparation, and dates of and reasons for terminations. 

 Once the candidate proves a perfect understanding of the company requirements, s/he will be involved in the interview process.
