Teleperformance Turkey has an exciting opportunity for a motivated “Financial Controller” to work at İstanbul Flatofis or Home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting,
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English,
• To reside in Istanbul and be able to work in a hybrid working at Flatofis,
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Experience in SAP is an advantage,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Results-oriented with an analytical mindset,
• For male candidates, completion of military service or deferment for 2 years.

Competency-Based Qualifications

• Assist in monitoring and controlling daily financial and accounting transactions,
• Support in monitoring weekly accounting records, payments, collections, and credit management (debt and receivables),
• Prepare and present the company's interim financial performance report to the respective manager, analysing it in accordance with relevant contracts at specified intervals,
• Support in verifying the reliability of financial data coming from operations,
• Assist in preparing the Internal Financial Report based on end-of-month data,
• Support in preparing the External Financial Report for group finance in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), utilizing data from the Internal Financial Report.
