We are looking for a Global Cost and Profitability Manager who will be responsible for growing the strategic customer relationships of Teklas Gebze. The successful candidate is expected to be a well-respected and well-connected professional with our existing customers.

To oversee and analyze cost expenditures within the organization. Review services and goods, record data, and make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.

Job Responsibilities:.

1. Cost and Profitability Analysis Management: Manage global cost and profitability analysis processes, delve into cost structures, and control product profitability.
2. Profitability Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate company profitability levels, conduct profitability analyses, share relevant reports with upper management, and develop effective strategies to enhance profitability.
3. Setting Cost and Profitability Goals: Establish goals for cost reduction and profitability enhancement, develop strategies to achieve these goals, and implement them effectively.
4. Cost and Profitability Data Analysis: Analyze cost and profitability data across the company, identify trends and potential opportunities.
5. Cost Optimization in Operational Processes: Manage efficiency improvement projects to optimize costs in operational processes.
6. Contributing to Decision-Making Processes: Provide cost and profitability perspectives in strategic decision-making, participate in strategic planning, and develop effective strategies.
7. Team Management and Development: Manage and develop team members, support them in expertise areas related to cost and profitability.
8. Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in cost and profitability areas, perform necessary reporting tasks, and undergo appropriate audits.
9. Control and Update Parameters for Customer Offer Programs: Conduct periodic controls of the program used for customer offers, ensure the accuracy of parameters, and analyze factors affecting the profitability of offers.
10. Analysis and Reporting of Inventory and Material Movements: Analyze inventory and material movements, manage stock data, and prepare relevant reports.
11. Leadership in ERP Transformations related to Cost Modules: Provide leadership in ERP transformations related to cost modules, oversee project management, and develop suitable strategies.
